Regular VA Evaluation Calls
Regular VA evaluation calls involve you, the client, the VA, and the Account Manager. These calls, held weekly or bi-weekly, are designed to enhance the VA’s deliverables and touch base for any areas of improvement.

How does it work?
VA Profiling
Schedule a call to discuss about our business and what your needs are. From there, we will find a candidate who best fit your needs.
Deployment Call
Once the successful candidate has been determined, we will schedule the Deployment Call for you to get to know him/her. You will need to provide your tools, logins, etc. to the VA.
Training Period
The VA will undergo a 2-week training period with you. By this time, you should already have your training program prepared and Loom videos of the tasks you would like the VA to undertake.
Monitoring & Daily Reports
We drive the efficiency and profitability of the virtual assistants by monitoring their tasks regularly. Your Account Manager is reviewing all the tasks assigned to your VA for quality assurance and provide you with daily accomplishment reports.
